CLOUDTENPEDIA - Official viewing guidelines and venue etiquette have been released for the upcoming Cloud ten performance to ensure a safe, orderly, and enjoyable experience for all attendees. For fans preparing to attend, understanding the regulations regarding concert goods, luggage restrictions, theater manners, and identity verification is essential for a seamless event experience.

Cheering Goods Guidelines and Restrictions

Management has implemented strict policies regarding fan merchandise to ensure unobstructed visibility for everyone. Attendees may bring only one official-sized fan measuring no more than 300 mm by 300 mm, free of oversized decorations or joined panels. Fan messages must be limited to words of encouragement; prompts requesting specific member reactions are strictly prohibited. For lighting items, each attendee is limited to a maximum of two official penlights—commercially available models, modified penlights, and high-intensity lights are banned. In addition, sketchbooks, message boards, and name boards are not permitted inside the hall. All cheering items must be held at chest height throughout the show and never raised above the head or swung widely.

Venue Luggage Policy and Storage Facilities

To maintain clear passageways and safe evacuation routes, general personal bags, backpacks, and carry-on luggage are not permitted inside the seating area. Attendees are only allowed to bring essential valuables, covered hydration beverages, cheering goods, and a small shoulder bag within the maximum dimensions of 350 mm by 250 mm. Cheering items must be hand-carried through the entrance rather than placed inside bags. The venue lobby provides 160 coin lockers available for 500 yen per use, operating exclusively via cashless payment methods including transit IC cards, iD, QUICPay, and major credit cards. Management will not accept any congratulatory flowers, physical gifts, or fan letters at the venue.

In-Theater Etiquette and Recording Rules

Attendees must remain seated in their assigned ticketed locations throughout the performance; excessive standing, moving between seats, and approaching or touching the stage are strictly forbidden. Photography and video recording are permitted only during designated times announced by the staff, and capture devices are strictly limited to standard smartphones and mobile phones. Digital SLRs, dedicated camcorders, tablets, monopods, selfie sticks, and flash photography are prohibited, and unauthorized footage will be deleted upon removal from the venue. Food, snacks, cans, and alcohol are banned in the seating area, though capped water bottles are allowed. Attendees are also advised to bring an extra layer of clothing, as theater air conditioning can make the auditorium quite cool.

Ticketing, Identity Verification, and Venue Manners

Entry requires mandatory identity verification to prevent ticket scalping and unauthorized transfers. All attendees must present an original, valid physical photo ID—such as a passport, driver's license, photo student ID, or residence card—as digital versions will not be accepted. Regarding age policies, children under the age of 3 are not admitted; preschool-aged children may enter free of charge if seated on an adult's lap, while elementary school students and older require their own ticket. Re-entry requires prior coordination with venue staff, and late arrivals may experience delayed seating based on performance timing. Finally, waiting for members around the theater, nearby train stations, or adjacent public facilities before or after the show is strictly prohibited.
